This project involved the removal and replacement of existing balustrades and the construction of new timber decking and seating at Counties Health. The works included structural steel fabrication, hot-dip galvanised balustrades, timber decking, and access modifications. Delivered within an active healthcare environment, the project was completed in accordance with New Zealand Building Code requirements, enhancing safety, durability, and usability of the external area.

Pharmacy Medication Storage Expansion- Middlemore Hospital (Health NZ)
This project involved the expansion and reconfiguration of pharmacy and medical storage facilities at the Kidz First Basement Level, Middlemore Hospital. The works were delivered within a live healthcare environment and included space optimisation, fire-door modifications, and coordination of building services to, improving storage capacity and operational efficiency while maintaining uninterrupted hospital operations.
